Press Release by Cambodia Securities Exchange on August 03, 2021, on Resolution on Listing Eligibility Review Application of JS Land Plc

Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) is honored to notify the public that the CSX granted approval in principle on equity securities listing review to JS Land Plc. on 22 July, 2021. In order to be officially listed and have its securities traded on the CSX, JS Land Plc. shall get an approval for the public offering from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and meet further listing requirements of the CSX.

Please be informed that JS Land Plc. is the second company that received principle approval on equity securities listing eligibility review on the growth board of the CSX. Please note that JS Land Plc. is a potential company with main business activity in condominium development project and the company is currently in the process of building a second project located in Khan Sen Sok which is a potential and developing area in Phnom Penh.
