What information must be included in the identification documents issued by the government?

The government-issued photo identification documents must include your name and date of birth, and be accompanied by the client agreement. Expired personal identification documents will not be accepted.

However, if you have already been given permission to renew your expired identification, please submit the identity proof copy along with the renewal documents.
