When the highest bid order matches the lowest ask order, the trading price shall be the order received first.<\/p><p><strong>Negotiated Trading Method (NTM)<\/strong><\/p><p>A Negotiated Trading Method executes a pair of bids and asks negotiated order after a buyer, and a seller negotiate and agree on the transaction conditions.
