On March 09, 2023, PP Link Securities (PPLS) warmly welcomed representatives from Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) for conducting training on “Obligations of Financial Advisory Firms in the Process of Initial Public Offering (IPO)”. All management and staff of PPLS attended this training to get updated information and sharpen professionalism to ensure the highest-possible quality and effectiveness in offering financial advisory services.
H.E. Dr. Vin Pheakdey, Deputy Director General of SERC, presided over the event. Speakers were Mr. Kan Khanntey, Deputy Director of Research, Training, Securities Market Development, and International Relations, Ms. Pov Malen, Head of Securities Issuance and Disclosure Document Division, and Mr. Phat Socheat, Head of Coordination and Licensing Division, presenting three respective topics such as Overview of Securities Market in Cambodia, the Process of Initial Public Offering, and Duties and Obligations for Financial Advisory Firms.
