On April 20, 2021, PP Link Securities (PPLS) joined an online Role-play Competition organized by Golden FX Link Capital (G-Link)—a leading licensed derivative brokerage firm in Cambodia. By participating in this competition, we expected to progress and equip our staff with more industry knowledge, standards, practical experience, and skills to become mature, professional individuals as well as to establish an innovative team. Undoubtedly, this will help upgrade our operation and procure better-polished skills and aptitude for our clients’ confidence and satisfaction.
By cooperating with G-Link, specializing in the derivatives trading industry together with our expertise in financial advisory and securities trading, the event became a platform where experiences and insight into both derivatives market and securities market could be shared. There was a special guest Dr. Raymond Choi, who is a legal and compliance specialist.
Our PPLS team and G-Link’s financial consultants performed what they had been trained and had practiced. Besides adhering to the terms and conditions of the competition, the evaluation of the performance was based on the abilities of the contestants to convey the business nature to various acting clients, self-confidence, technical and interpersonal skills, problem-solving creativity, and client satisfaction. The judges also asked questions to the contestants to observe how concisely and confidently they responded to questions. Then, the contestants were given good pieces of constructive feedback to sharpen their skills and enrich their knowledge. Also, the top 3 pairs and groups of contestants were found and awarded prizes and certificates of appreciation.
