How can I solve a wrong username or password?

If you receive a message stating “wrong username or password” during your login, either the username or password you entered was incorrect. There are 4 simple steps to follow:

  • Switch the server from Demo to “Live” in order to connect the REAL account.
  • Remove Login number and password in each column.
  • Check your record to ensure your account number and MT5 password are correct, then enter them manually again, and
  • Do not copy and paste your MT5 account number in order to avoid unnecessary characters.
