PP Link Securities Participates in the Dissemination Forum on the First-Mandate Achievements of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority and the Annual Securities Conference 2026 as a Diamond Sponsor
Phnom Penh, September 29, 2026 – PP Link Securities actively participated in the “Dissemination Forum on Achievements of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority in the First Mandate and Annual Securities Conference 2026,” held on September 29, 2026, at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel. The event was presided over by His Excellency Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Chairman of the Council of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (NBFSA).
This major annual event brought together approximately 400 participants from government ministries and institutions, development partners, diplomatic missions, investment companies, and financial-sector professionals.
The event aimed to disseminate key achievements accomplished during the NBFSA’s first mandate and outline its priority directions for 2027. It also provided a platform for stakeholders, securities-sector experts, and key development partners to meet and exchange views on important elements of Cambodia’s financial ecosystem for the securities sector.
Key topics included the development of Cambodia’s securities sector amid the digital transformation of finance; the development and supervision of digital assets in Cambodia; progress in participation in the financial technology sandbox in the securities sector; company growth through Cambodia’s stock market; the Cambodian bond market as a driver of investment and long-term financing; wealth creation through securities investment; and cooperation to strengthen law enforcement, promote confidence, and protect investors in the securities market.
The event also featured detailed remarks from His Excellency Mey Vann, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary General of the NBFSA, as well as His Excellency Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC).
