On Wednesday 12th August 2020, PESTECH (CAMBODIA) PLC. and Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX) hosted PESTECH’s official listing ceremony presided over H.E. Sou Socheat, Director General of Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC). PESTECH (Cambodia) Plc. was incorporated in 2010 as an integrated electric power technology company, principally engaged in the provision of comprehensive power system engineering and technical solutions with symbol code of “PEPC”, total number of listed shares 74,945,000, the IPO price of KHR 3,120 per share and total market capitalization is about KHR 233 billion (around USD 58 million).
