PPLS’s Seminar Emphasizes Education Importance for Cambodians

PP Link Securities (PPLS), in cooperation with Mengly J. Quach Education Plc. (MJQE), has accomplished a seminar promoting the importance of the education sector which is mandatory for custodians and at-all-level students to put as their top priority for their bright future and the country’s stronger strength.

PPLS and MJQE co-hosted the seminar under the theme of Understanding Education Sector in Cambodia on February 18, 2023, at Golden Tower, Phnom Penh, welcoming over 200 participants who attended not only for understanding “Why Is Education Important?” but also for supporting “Why Do We Do What We Do?” attitude, securing investment opportunities in education sector, self-dependency, national progress, and global peace.

Known as one of Cambodia’s premier quality education provider, MJQE is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO), aiming to raise fund to expand more educational operations in the Kingdom with 160 active campus goal.

With such a purposeful plan and sharing a similar vision, PPLS is pleased to co-organize this event with MJQE.

PPLS Chairman and Director Mr. Chea Sothea, the co-speaker of MJQE Founder, Chairman, and CEO Neak Oknha Dr. Quach Mengly, held a belief that education was basic to every sector, so cementing the grounding knowledge was crucial to secure progressive growth for oneself and surrounded societies.

In 2022 and early 2023, PPLS achieved several investment-education-related events such as seminars at universities and season-two provincial roadshow, imparting fundamental knowledge to university students and citizens so as to add greater confidence for their future financial investment startup in the securities market.

“Our previous events, in the pursuit of financial investment promotion, were always equipped with the priority of educating the target audience about what they are going to invest in and face in the financial market,” added Mr. Chea Sothea.

Standing for the MJQE institute parenting many subsidiary schools which provide a wide range of study levels and programs, Neak Oknha Dr. Quach Mengly expressed his great wisdom and insightful perspectives on his own ambition to build a better education environment in Cambodia.

“Education is the root for all sectors, so the root must be strong and healthy. Speaking at the seminar today, I am proud to add another tiny piece of my contribution to making our education sector more accessible and high-standard in both public and private schools. And, we all will make a very big difference,” said Neak Oknha Dr. Quach Mengly.

Besides devoting valuable time to sharing his sound expertise and encouragement with Cambodian people, especially youths, in the fields of education, health care, employment outlook, and many more making a significant impact on society, Neak Oknha Dr. Quach Mengly expected that the IPO of MJQE would be yet another stepping stone that needed more participation and investment from the public.

“Our to-go IPO as the first-ever private education institution in Cambodia will help us not only to gain capital for our education center expansion and reputation but also to give us more enthusiasm to see our successful students for generations. This also opens the opportunities for those who want to invest their fund in human resource development and education sector for their investment benefits,” added Neak Oknha Dr. Quach Mengly.

PPLS sincerely appreciated the presence and support of all participants at the event and declared to bring the cooperation with MJQE to a new success for both Cambodia’s education and securities market.
