What is the main service of Securities Selling Firm License?
The main service of Securities Selling Firm license is to serve potential investors to pre-order and buy shares at the IPO stage (Primary Market) of any to-be-listed companies at CSX.

The first thing is you will have the right to buy shares of the to-be-listed companies. Generally, issued shares are limited and there are many investors intending to purchase them; hence, by getting a chance to buy shares at the IPO stage, you will get more benefits than buying them on the secondary market. For example, the share price on the primary market is mostly cheaper than the price on the secondary market.
What is the primary market price? And what is the secondary market price?
The primary market price is set for the IPO and subscription period before the listed companies’ shares are officially listed in the trading platform of CSX for daily trading. The secondary market price is a fluctuating price after ending the subscription period.
