1. Request Withdrawal through MTS
- Select Withdrawal Types: Local Transfer, International Transfer, or Cash
- Beneficiary Bank Name
- Beneficiary Bank Account Number
- Transfer Amount (KHR)
- MTS Password
*Note: Trading Account Name, Trading Account Number, Investor ID, and Beneficiary Bank Account Name Cannot Be Changed.
2. Request Withdrawal through Form
- Clients need to fill in withdrawal request form with signature and submit it to Securities Representative or directly drop by PPLS office.
- Client service officer will call confirm with clients.
- Client service officer will send an email of client withdrawal request to Finance department.
- Finance department will send instructions to the ACLEDA Bank.
3. Request Withdrawal through an Email
- Clients send withdrawal request to the email: enquiry@ppls.com.kh.
- Client service officer will call confirm with clients.
- Client service officer will send an email of client withdrawal request to Finance department.
- Finance department will send instructions to the ACLEDA Bank.
*Note: When can a client receive the withdrawal money?
- Submission of request for fund withdrawal before 12:00 pm will be processed on the same working day from Monday to Friday before 04:00 pm.
- Submission after 12:00 pm will be handled on the following working days.
