PESTECH (Cambodia) Plc. was incorporated in 2010, ticked as PEPC in Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), as an integrated electric power technology company. The firm is undertaking the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) activities of the high voltage (HV) and extra high voltage (EHV) substation, transmission line, and power cable system.

With the EPCC, the firm is capable of handling all kinds of projects and services in this sector, from the material and equipment, wire stringing, power cable termination and jointing works to overall project management. Besides, PEPC also provides the services of Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model for the transmission asset segment and Build-Own-Operation (BOO) model for the power plant segment.

In terms of the holding, PEPC is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of PESTECH International Berhad (PIB), which also granted the reputation in Malaysia and around the globe via its listing on the main market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad or the stock exchange of Malaysia.
