Business Summary

Phnom Penh SEZ Plc., as “PPSP” ticked in Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), was established in 2006 with the approval as a multi-product SEZ developer from the Royal government of Cambodia. PPSP’s core business model is to develop the industrial area or land for the purpose of selling and leasing. At the same time, besides the offering of the property selling and leasing solution’s, PPSP also directly engages and contributes with clients by facilitating the wastewater treatment, treated water, infrastructure maintenance, advisory service, administration support, security services, and independent power.

PPSP has obtained the highest international standard certification including ISO 9001 on quality management and ISO 14001 on environmental control.
